"I started business for myself on August 7, 1989 in Bemidji in a one room 11’ x 14’ office with a partner.  The partner moved on, I stayed.  I have worked with so many great people here and even though not born here, call Bemidji my Home, and it always will be.  Lifelong friendships that have meant so much to me and my wife Margie and we will be part of the area when we visit on a regular basis.  We are moving north to our hometown of Int’l Falls but will continue to promote Peggy  (at 218-766-4789 or peggy@lietzhomedesign.com) and Lietz Home Design, doing Custom Single Family Home Design, Log Homes Minnesota design work and the office will be the Archive Center containing 35+ years of files and resources that I encourage everyone to explore when ever a project comes to the top.

Thank you to each and everyone of you that put your trust in my firm to allow us to work with you in so many different ways.  The list is too long to name names, but my eternal gratitude goes out to the Bemidji community.  Bemidji has grown into a thriving regional hub and a great place to play and work, and I am proud to have been a small part of that success.  I’ll see you soon and often during my next phase of life."
